We provide an alarm that consists of a base unit and a separate pendant button.
The lightweight button can be worn either on your wrist, your belt, or around your neck as a pendant.
If you need help all you have to do is press the button and it will connect you directly to our dedicated response centres who if required will ask one of your nominated contacts (friends, family or neighbours) to come and assist.

County Careline provides Monitoring
and Emergency Mobile Response service for vulnerable people.
If you live in one of our response area’s, we can provide
help at the touch of a button.
We understand that sometimes you or someone you know may need
regular visits whether that be just after leaving hospital or their family
being away. In these circumstances we offer a tailored well-being visit
service where we arrange for one of our highly trained responders to
visit the customer.
This service is available in any of our area’s covered by the response service.
To enable us to offer the services, we need to hold some personal information.
We manage our data protection to conform to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation 2018) rules.
Under these rules you have the right (at any time) to:
ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you.
ask us to remove the data we hold on you (this would be regarded as a contract termination
as we could no longer provide the service)
ask us how your data is shared (this is mainly with emergency services in the event of you having an emergency)
